Rules, Terms & Conditions 

We work by appointment only. We do not accept any walk-ins.

Client will be charged the full price if they are late.

All cancellations must be made minimum 24 hours before your appointment.

75% of the rate will be charged for no show appointments and late cancellations.

Dress code: None.

Drug & Alcohol Use:

You Matter Spa has the right to refuse service to any person under the influence of drugs or is inebriated. No drug usage on the premises is permitted 

We ask that Clients be Masked in Common Areas

You Matter Spa & Contractors have the right to refuse service. 

No form of Sexual Solicitation or Sexual Behaviors is Permitted, your massage will stop immediately, you will be charged & escorted off the premises. 

& you will not ever be permitted back on the premises, a report will be filed & if requested it will be reported to the appropriate Authorities. 

POLICIES

Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment or no refund will be administered. 

No animals. 

No children - exceptions for private events.

A valid credit card is needed to book an appointment.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time of appointment.

Please complete all information on intake form prior to arrival.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for sales, gift cards, packages, promotions, and memberships.  

If you are not satisfied with your experience, we ask that you email us so that we may work together to ensure your satisfaction hopefully at a future date.

We ask that if you have any kind of cold symptoms please refrain from coming to your appointment & we will reschedule with no charge if contacted within 24 hours of your appointment.

You Matter Spa will maintain a high level of sanitation & cleanliness in our facility & therapists.
